Clear rules for
using MELD.

Effective August 29, 2026MELD by Recollective

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Recollective for using MELD. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you use MELD for a company, you confirm that you can agree for that company.

01

Your account

You may sign in with Google, a verified email and password, or ChatGPT. Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share access in a way that lets someone pretend to be you or bypass a payment or security limit.

You must be able to enter a legal agreement where you live. MELD may pause an account to protect users, investigate misuse, follow the law, or prevent harm.

02

Using MELD

MELD helps organize information about a working relationship and creates draft prompts and workflow ideas. You may use the product for lawful business and personal planning.

Do not use MELD to break the law, harm or deceive people, upload content you do not have a right to use, attack the service, probe another person's account, spread malware, overload the product, or bypass access controls.

03

Your content and your decisions

You keep your rights to the information you enter. You give Recollective permission to store, process, and display that information only as needed to run, secure, and support MELD.

You are responsible for having permission to enter information about another company or person. Review every output before using it. MELD does not approve contracts, send messages, publish work, make promises, or move money for you.

04

Free launch, price, and payment

MELD may offer a free 24-hour launch window. No card is required during that free window. When the window ends, continued access may require the price shown on the account page and at checkout.

Stripe processes payments. Checkout will show whether access is a one-time purchase or a subscription, the price, taxes, and any renewal terms before you pay. If a subscription is offered, you can manage or cancel it through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect under the terms shown at checkout.

Prices and offers may change for future purchases. A change does not rewrite a completed one-time purchase. Refunds, when available, follow the terms shown at purchase and any rights the law gives you.

05

Important limits

MELD is a planning and drafting tool. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, financial, employment, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You and the people you work with remain responsible for decisions and results.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent the law allows. Recollective does not promise that MELD will always be uninterrupted or meet every use case. To the extent the law allows, Recollective is not responsible for indirect, special, or lost-profit damages caused by using or being unable to use MELD.

06

Ending access and changing these terms

You can request account deletion from the account page. Recollective may end access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, security risks, or product closure. Sections that need to survive, including payment records, ownership, and limits, will continue after access ends.

We may update these terms as MELD changes. A new version and effective date will appear here. If a change matters to your rights, we will provide notice that fits the change before it takes effect when required.
